Answers to the most common questions parents ask before booking.

How far in advance should I book my moonwalk?

Weekends in spring and summer can book up several weeks in advance. We recommend reserving your moonwalk at least 3–4 weeks before your event. That said, if your party is sooner, still submit the form—we’ll do our best to fit you in or suggest alternatives.

What happens if it rains on my event day?

Safety is our first priority. If weather looks unsafe (high winds, lightning, or heavy rain), we’ll work with you to reschedule or cancel. In most cases, we offer a flexible rain-check policy so you can move your rental to another available date.

Do you set up and take down the moonwalk?

Yes. Our trained team delivers, sets up, stakes or secures the moonwalk, reviews safety rules with you, and returns after your event to take everything down. You only need to provide a clear setup area and access to power.

How much space and power do I need?

Most standard moonwalks need a mostly flat space of about 15' x 15' with at least 15' clearance overhead. You’ll also need a standard household outlet within 75–100 feet of the setup area. Larger combos and slides require more space—we’ll confirm based on the unit you pick.

Are the inflatables cleaned between rentals?

Absolutely. Every moonwalk is cleaned and sanitized after each use with commercial-grade cleaners that are safe for kids once dried. We also spot-check and wipe down again on delivery as needed.
