Equipment rentals are subject to availability, weather conditions, safe installation conditions, and customer compliance with safety guidelines.
All estimates provided are subject to change based on site conditions, delivery distance, setup requirements, additional labor, weather-related adjustments, or customer-requested modifications.
Payment may be required in full or in part (deposit) prior to rental confirmation.

Customers are responsible for any damages to rented equipment caused by negligence, misuse, improper supervision, moving equipment after setup, failure to follow safety instructions, or exposure to prohibited materials (including but not limited to food, drinks, face paint, silly string, mud, pets, or sharp objects).
